In 2019, Stephen decided to step out and start Kairos Digital. With a background in writing, he knew he wanted to start an agency that prioritized the power that words have to make a positive change in the world.
He became the first StoryBrand Certified Guide in Jacksonville and has built the agency on the idea that the message comes first – before strategy, design, or execution. If the words aren’t right, nothing else will be.
Stephen is married to his wife Caroline and they have 5 children – 3 biological and 2 “bonus” kids. He is a native Floridian, a graduate of UNF, and was named by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of Jacksonville’s 40 Under 40 for 2024.
When he’s not at work, you will probably find him spending time with his family, preparing a sermon for his church, or making plans on how to change the world.
Hannah is a master at following-through, leading groups of people, and making sure all the details are in line.
She has served as a General Manager in start-ups, a Producer on film sets, continues to pursue Acting (she’s been in several films and shows!), and has a strong ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
On our team, she structures and improves every aspect of the Kairos Digital operations and leads the team in operational excellence.
Edina joined Kairos in 2021 as an Account Coordinator, which eventually led to her current role as an Account Manager. Over the past several years, she has continued to oversee strategy, production, and client relationship management.
With a passion for chit-chatting and making personal connections, Edina found this role to be a perfect fit. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, and a minor in Writing and Rhetoric.
Edina loves helping clients achieve their goals and takes pride in supporting good businesses doing good things. When she’s not working, you’ll find her running, sipping on coffee, or getting the team to try out new games and challenges.
Heather joined Kairos Digital with over four years of experience in marketing account management and a passion for building meaningful client relationships. She’s a natural at connecting with teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring client goals are met with excellence.
Heather resonates with the Kairos core value of “Make It Better,” always looking for ways to improve outcomes and deliver results that exceed expectations. Her collaborative approach and strategic mindset make her an invaluable partner to her clients and teammates alike.
Heather is a proud graduate of The University of Alabama and outside of work, you can find her on the flag football field, enjoying a strong cup of coffee, or taking in a live theater performance. She loves exploring Jacksonville’s vibrant community and spending quality time with family and friends, and her dog, Teddy.
Kyra joined Kairos in 2020 as an intern and quickly found her stride, becoming a full-time member in 2021. Now a Senior Account Coordinator, she’s known for her ability to streamline systems and ensure that both client projects and internal processes run smoothly.
Guided by Kairos’ core value of “Make It Better,” Kyra embodies the principle of leaving every space—and project—better than she found it.
A former collegiate volleyball player, Kyra earned her AA from Daytona State College before moving to Lander University, where she graduated cum laude with a BBA. At Lander, her achievements on the court included being named an AVCA All-Southeast Region selection and First-Team All-Peach Belt Conference. Outside of work, she loves discovering new experiences with her husband, Joe, and spending time with her two step-cats. You’ll likely find her with family, playing volleyball, or reorganizing her space—she has a knack for creating order wherever she goes.
Sunny Fatima joined Kairos Digital with a diverse background spanning construction project management, nonprofit operations, and marketing — bringing an MBA, a history of managing complex budgets and vendor relationships, and a track record of delivering results across industries where strategy and execution have to work hand in hand. Sunny is currently going back to school for her Masters in Legal Studies.
Sunny resonates deeply with the Kairos core value of “Ask the Stupid Question,” a philosophy that mirrors her own approach of staying curious, seeking clarity over assumptions, and digging deeper to find the best solution for every client.
Sunny is a proud graduate of Flagler College and Jacksonville University, where she earned her MBA in Management and Marketing. Outside of work, you can find her wrangling her five dogs, Lilith, Luna, Winnie, Sadie, and Delta, hitting the trails, curled up with a good book by a window, or soaking up the sun at the beach. A competitive bodybuilder, Sunny has competed professionally and is gearing up to step back on stage soon. She loves being rooted in the Jacksonville community and spending time with family, friends, and her husband, Samuel.
Anna joined Kairos Digital in early 2026 as their Technical Web Project Manager and brings an enthusiasm for web development and marketing to every project. She enjoys building beautiful, high performing websites and focuses on creating digital experiences that both clients and their customers love.
She holds dual Bachelors degrees in Marketing and Information Systems, along with a Masters degree in Applied Data Analytics. This multidisciplinary background allows her to blend creativity, technical expertise, and data driven strategy to deliver impactful results for her clients.
When she’s not busy with a new website development project, Anna enjoys playing video games with friends, watching horror movies, and spending time with her mischievous cat MoMo. She also loves supporting the creative work of her boyfriend Adam, a filmmaker and videographer.
Michael is an SEO Specialist with seven years of experience and a genuine love for every corner of the industry, especially On-Page SEO, testing new tools to sharpen his productivity, and exploring what the latest AI platforms can do.
He brings a background in business development, marketing, and web development, which lets him look at a website from every angle and build robust SEO strategies .
Michael calls Port Moody, B.C. home. When he’s not working, you’ll find him hiking and hitting the beach in the summer, or snowboarding and watching hockey once winter comes around.
Angela joined Kairos Digital in 2023, bringing her passion for efficiency, commitment, and organization to the team. She is a natural at cultivating structure and executing a vision.
She resonates with the Kairos core value of “Do What We Say,” and she is energized by seeing goals through to the finish line. She enjoys being part of a collaborative team that supports organizations making a positive impact in the community.
Angela has loved establishing her life in Jacksonville and cherishes the beautiful community here. In Jax, she has graduated from the University of North Florida, met her best friend and husband, Nicholas, and made many cherished memories along the way. In her free time, she enjoys walks along the river, quality time with friends, and curating functional, peaceful spaces.
Wayne Rowbottom is a pastor at Park City Baptist Church and is a Chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America.
He serves the Kairos Digital team and our families as the workplace chaplain, providing ongoing mental, emotional, and spiritual guidance for the individual team members at Kairos Digital.
He is passionate about local and international missions and has a heart toward his home country of Trinidad.
